Business guides

This section is for clients who use Flo to run their business: studios, centers, agencies, back-office teams, and operational staff.

The goal is to help administrators and team members work independently in day-to-day operations, before opening a support request.

Where to start

If you are setting up or using Flo on behalf of your company, start with these topics:

  • Flo modules: cross-cutting features documented once.
  • Users: how to manage accounts, permissions, and activations.
  • Bookings: how to follow lessons, appointments, availability, and closures.
  • Properties: how to create, update, and publish real estate listings.
  • Communication: newsletters, automations, and the contact archive.
  • Company and organization: company data, contacts, and company configuration.
  • Industry guides: guided paths for Fitness, Real Estate, and Enterprise.
  • Daily operations: recurring checks and good management habits.
  • Tips and tricks: practical advice for online visibility (SEO, social media, and external services).
  • Support: what to check before contacting us and which information to send.

Who it is for

This guide is especially useful for:

  • business owners and managers;
  • platform administrators;
  • staff managing bookings, users, services, or properties;
  • internal contacts who act as the first point of contact with Flo support.

Flo adapts to different operational realities. That is why the documentation follows a cross-cutting approach: first the modules are explained, then the industry guides show how to use them together in the right context.

Modules are the general features, such as users, bookings, subscriptions, dynamic content, or digital growth. Each module is documented once, so shared instructions are not repeated.

The distinction between dynamic content and digital growth matters:

  • dynamic content lets you edit pre-defined parts of the site, such as services, about, or gallery;
  • digital growth lets you create new pages and new branches of the digital identity, such as a blog, properties, or a catalog.

This second area has a different value because it can contribute to SEO and digital business growth.

Industry guides are usage maps instead: they explain which modules to use and how to combine them for each type of business.

  • Flo Real Estate: properties, client preferences, matching, and sales activities.
  • Flo Fitness: bookings, subscriptions, class schedule, and instructors.
  • Flo Enterprise: advanced configurations, dedicated modules, and custom flows.

This way clients find a path tailored to their industry, while the documentation stays simple, tidy, and scalable.
