Team
What it is
Module dedicated to the people who are part of the organization: professionals, collaborators, instructors and visible staff.
Each team member is a platform user with the Pros role: the Team record enriches the account with bio, public contacts, titles, keywords, photos and linked services.
When it is visible
It appears under Administration > Team when the professionals module is active for the configuration.
- Admin and SuperAdmin: full list, creation, editing and reordering.
- Pro with permission on the section: list and records; they can only edit their own profile.
- If you don't see the section, the module is not active for your configuration.

- If the person doesn't have an account yet, create it first in Users.
- Open Administration > Team.
- Press the Team member button (person icon with "+").
- In the Select User step choose a user not yet on the team and press Next.
- Fill in the record (see table).
- Press Add member.

| Public email / Public phone | publicly shown contacts, different from the login email |
| Professional title | e.g. Doctor, Maestro |

| Posizione | display order (Admin only) |
If the selector shows "No users available to promote", all users are already on the team.
Creation promotes the user to Pro and saves the record. The user does not receive an activation email.
Editing a team member
From the record you can manage:
- description, public contacts, titles, keywords and image gallery;
- Go to user details: opens the Users record for roles, status and password;
- Associated Services: read-only list of assigned services;
- Team Member Information: read-only personal data and status; users update their own data from the Account area.
The Save button appears if you are an Admin or if you are editing your own profile. On other people's profiles the record is read-only.
With multiple active languages, the language selector at the top lets you fill in bio and titles language by language.
Reordering the team
- In the list press Edit Positions (Admin only).
- Drag members into the desired order.
- Press Save Positions (or Cancel to exit without saving).
The set order applies to the list and to the profiles served to the public APIs.
Professional role and public visibility
- Remove from team (Admin): removes the Pro role. Not possible if the member has active services assigned ("Non è possibile rimuovere il membro dal team perché ha servizi attivi associati").
- Add to team: restores the Pro role for a user on the record.
- The same operations are available from Users > Permessi e ruoli.
Member profiles with the Pro role are served to the public APIs (showcase sites) with a professionals read permission token; bio and titles are returned in the requested language. Before publishing, check description, public contacts and photos.
Linked services
In the record, Associated Services lists the services where the member is the assigned professional, with the number of available days and the Bookable / Not bookable status. Each entry opens the service in Services.
Assignment happens in the service record, Assignment section. If the list is empty, the message "Assign services to see them here" reminds you where to do it.
Best practices
- keep bio and public contacts up to date: they are what the public sees;
- choose a recognizable main photo and order the gallery;
- use keywords to help users find the member in searches;
- set positions deliberately: they determine the order in the list and on sites;
- before removing a member from the team, reassign the linked services.
