Dashboard and home
The Home is the app's start page. Flo builds it based on the user's role and the configuration saved for your company.
Dashboard views

The Select dashboard view switcher is available to Admins and SuperAdmins and only appears when the Bookings module is active. The Pro role uses its own agenda; end users see the user view.
Configuring the dashboard
- Open Administration > App experience > Dashboard. The section is reserved to Admins.
- Choose the view to configure with the switcher at the top: Studio view, My agenda, or User view.
- In the Available widgets panel, use the Standard cards and Widgets tabs to find elements to add.
- Add a widget with a click or drag it into the dashboard.
- Reorder widgets by dragging them; remove them with the X.
- Choose the Landing page (see below).
- Check the preview and press Save. Restore discards unsaved changes and restores the last saved configuration.
The preview shows the actual Home layout, with the same widgets and sections. For the user view it is a preview designed for a new user: it does not show your personal data.
Notes:
- The user view's automatic widgets (How to buy, Booking rules) cannot be disabled: you can only reorder them. They appear based on the user's conditions.
- Each view has its own configuration: changes made to one view do not affect the others.
- In the configurator you only see the modules allowed for that view. Modules disabled for the configuration are not offered.
Start page
The Landing page decides where users of that view land after signing in:

Defaults:
- for staff the start page is Home;
- for users it is Book; if the Bookings module is not active, it falls back to Home.
Configuration effects
- If no configuration has been saved, the Home stays unchanged and shows all planned widgets in the current order.
- The saved configuration defines the order and active widgets; widgets from disabled modules are excluded automatically.
- Changes apply to the Home of all users in the corresponding view.
- Module visibility for the Pro role also depends on Access and permissions.
