Put Flo on your phone

You can have Flo on your phone's Home Screen, with its own icon, like your other apps. You don't need to download it from a store: a few taps in the browser are enough.

When you open Flo from the icon, it opens full screen and already remembers you. You still need the internet to book.

You need your studio's app address, for example the link in an email or on the studio's website.

On iPhone or iPad​

  1. Open the Flo address in Safari.
  2. Tap the Share button: the square with an arrow pointing up, at the bottom or top of the page.
  3. Scroll and tap Add to Home Screen. If you can't see it, tap More first.
  4. Tap Add, at the top right.

The Flo icon appears on your Home Screen. From now on, open Flo from there.

Using Chrome on your iPhone?

Chrome works too: tap the Share button next to the address, then Add to Home Screen. If you can't find it, open the address in Safari.

On Android​

  1. Open the Flo address in Chrome.
  2. Sometimes a message appears at the bottom by itself: tap Install and you're done.
  3. If it doesn't appear, tap the three dots at the top right.
  4. Tap Add to Home screen (or Install app).
  5. Tap Install.

The Flo icon appears on your Home Screen.

From the Flo app​

You can also start from Flo:

  1. Open Profile > System App.
  2. Press Install app.
  3. Follow the instructions that appear: they're made for your phone.

If Flo is already on your phone, it reads "App already installed".

On a computer​

With Chrome or Edge you can open Flo in its own window, like a program.

  1. Open the Flo address.
  2. In the address bar, on the right, press the install icon (a screen with an arrow).
  3. Press Install.

Update the app​

Flo updates itself. When there's a new version, you see the Update ready notice: press Reload now.

Think you have an old version?

  1. Open Profile > System App.
  2. Press Check for updates.

If it reads "App up to date", you already have the latest version.

If the app still isn't working well:

  1. Close the app completely and open it again.
  2. If that's not enough, remove the icon (see below) and add it again.

Your details, bookings and subscriptions stay saved: you lose nothing.

Remove the app​

  • iPhone: hold your finger on the Flo icon, tap Remove App, then confirm with Delete.
  • Android: hold your finger on the Flo icon and tap Uninstall (or drag it to Remove).
  • Computer: open Flo, press the three dots at the top of the window and choose Uninstall.

Removing the icon doesn't delete your account. To delete your account, read Delete your account.
