Account Management

Manage your profile, password, and account settings from the Account section.

Profile​

Viewing Your Profile​

Go to Account from the sidebar to see your profile information:

  • Name and surname
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Profile photo
  • Role (User, Pro, Admin, SuperAdmin)

Editing Your Profile​

  1. Go to Account
  2. Edit the fields you want to change
  3. Click Salva (Save)

Profile Photo​

  1. Click on your profile photo area
  2. Upload a new image
  3. The photo is saved automatically

Password​

Changing Your Password​

  1. Go to Account
  2. Find the password section
  3. Enter your current password
  4. Enter your new password (and confirmation)
  5. Click Cambia Password (Change Password)

Reset via Email​

If you forgot your password:

  1. Log out
  2. Click Password dimenticata? on the login page
  3. Enter your email
  4. Check your inbox for the reset link
  5. Set a new password

App Updates​

Flo is a Progressive Web App (PWA) and updates automatically. You can check for updates manually:

  1. Go to Account
  2. Look for the Aggiornamenti (Updates) section
  3. If an update is available, click to refresh

Language​

If language switching is enabled by your administrator:

  1. Find the language toggle in the sidebar footer
  2. Switch between Italian and English
  3. Your preference is saved in your browser

Notifications​

Flo sends email notifications for:

  • Account activation
  • Booking confirmations
  • Password reset requests
  • OTP login codes
  • Newsletter (if subscribed)

Email notifications are sent to the address associated with your account.

Data & Privacy​

GDPR Rights​

In compliance with GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access your personal data
  • Rectify incorrect data (via profile editing)
  • Delete your account (contact your administrator)
  • Export your data (contact your administrator)

Account Deletion​

To request account deletion:

  1. Contact your studio administrator
  2. They can process the deletion request from the admin panel
  3. Your data will be removed or anonymized as required by GDPR

The platform includes a dedicated API endpoint for GDPR data deletion requests.
